INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Skin Re-Treat. By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Skin Re-Treat offers a range of treatments, including but not limited to HydraFacial, Electrolysis Permanent Hair Removal, Blemish Treatments, Microneedling, Endymed, Skin Consultations, and various facial and body treatments. A detailed description of our services can be found on our Treatments page.

BOOKING + APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be booked by contacting us at:


  • Location: Porchways House (within Pure Beauty), 83 Upper St John Street, Lichfield, WS14 9DT


  • Appointments available on request in Whittington





Bookings require a 50% non-refundable booking fee or card details left at time of booking. This is to secure your appointment which will not be confirmed until the booking fee or card details are received.


Opening Hours:


  • Monday: 7pm - 9pm

  • Tuesday: 9:30am - 9pm

  • Wednesday: 7pm - 9pm

  • Thursday: 9:30am - 9pm

  • Friday: 9:30am - 5pm

  • Saturday: Closed

  • Sunday: Closed

CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. 

 

Cancellations or Rescheduled appointments within 24-48 hours notice, we will endeavour to fill the appointment.

 

  • If we cannot fill the appointment, the booking fee will not be refunded.

 

  • Late cancellations with less than 24 hours and the appointment cannot be filled the full price of the appointment will be charged.

 

  • If part of the appointment is changed on arrival, the full cost of the booked treatments will remain.​

PAYMENTS

Payment for services can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or other accepted methods as specified during booking. A 50% booking may be required with the remaining balance to be paid in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. 

REFUNDS

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you have any concerns or believe that you have experienced an issue warranting a refund, please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

DATA PROTECTION

We are committed to protecting your personal data. For details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. 

HEALTH + SAFETY

All treatments are conducted by trained professionals in compliance with health and safety regulations. You will be required to complete medical forms prior to your appointment, if you have any medical conditions or concerns, it is imperative that this is disclosed during the consultation and prior to treatment. 

LIABILITY

Skin Re-Treat is not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions that may occur as a result of the treatments. Clients are advised to follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided
